Are you ready to join the largest semiconductor company in Malta? We are looking for skilled and motivated Process Technicians to join our world-class production environment.
The Role
You will be at the heart of our technical operations, working closely with Engineering and Production teams to drive quality and innovation.
- Precision: Set up equipment according to high-level engineering specs.
- Analysis: Collect and evaluate process data to boost yield and productivity.
- Problem Solving: Debug technical issues and implement action plans.
- Quality First: Ensure Line 5S standards and manage non-conforming materials.
Work Schedule (4-Shift Pattern)
Experience a structured cycle that keeps our facility running 24/7:
- Day (06:00–18:00)
- Night (18:00–06:00)
- Rest
- Off
Note: Includes weekends and public holidays.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience: 2+ years of technical training OR 5 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s degree is a plus!).
- Skills: Strong English communication, computer proficiency, and a « Quality First » mindset.
- Traits: Assertive, self-motivated, and a great team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
