Description Du Poste
Le régleur d’injection est appelé à assurer le bon fonctionnement et optimiser le rendement des machines en suivant de très près le fonctionnement technique de chaque machine pendant un shift de production.
Organiser et optimiser les changements de fabrication (outillages, périphériques…) dans le respect des objectifs définis et en application des procédures et fiches de réglage
Faire les réglages nécessaires sur la machine pour garantit la productivité et la qualité du process
Participer à toute démarche de progrès liée à l’augmentation de la productivité globale de l’outil de production
Qualifications
- Technicien supérieur ou BTP en Industrie Plastique
- Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un environnement industriel (plasturgie)
- Rigueur et autonomie
- Aptitude au Management des situations difficiles au travail
- Orientation vers le travail en équipe
- une bonne communication et transmission des informations au chef d’équipe, au chef d’atelier, aux opérateurs, superviseurs…
