Wireless Sales Solution Manager
General Position introduction
- Title: Wireless Sales Solution Manager
- Work office — Huawei Northern Africa regional office and based in Tunisia
- Education: 4 years Bachelor’s degree or above and 5+ years’ work experience in wireless/Radio sales solution
Tasks & Work Activities
- Communicate with government/Enterprise/Channels/ telecommunications vendors to give the safety/telecommunication solution
- Keep abreast of changes in industry practices and emerging telecommunications technology by reviewing current literature, talking with colleagues, participating in educational programs, attending meetings or workshops, or participating in professional organizations or conferences.
- Consult with customers to identify business and technical requirements for proposed system modifications
- Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources and making the strategic planning for the year
- Making Decisions— Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution for the short name of the customers
- Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events. Collaborate with others to determine design specifications or details.
Knowledge
- Telecommunications — Knowledge of microwave, broadcasting, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
- Customer satisfaction — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer solutions and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
