Huawei Technologies Tunis is hiring.
The job responsibilities include:
- Supporting Huawei’s IT Suite of hardware and software solutions across the MENA region.
- Supporting Customers and other Huawei Engineers to solve technical problems.
- Remote troubleshooting of customer systems’ problems using remote access tools, phone, email and chat.
- Advising and guiding customers on technical decisions.
- Collaboration with remote teams in Egypt and China.
- Work On call duties.
Basic requirements
- Fresh or Experienced engineer
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
- Familiar with Server and Storage (SAN, NAS architectures)
- Familiar with Windows/Linux/Solaris/Unix OS Maintenance and Operation
- Familiar with Cloud Computing & Virtualization
- Familiar with RAID technique and EMC/VERITAS software
- Having basic IP network knowledge is a plus.
