Dutch Customer Support Team Hiring (10 Positions) – Tunis

Location: Tunis City Center (Immeuble n°36, Avenue de Londres, Apartment 3.2, Tunis)

Position: Dutch Customer Support Agent

Openings: 10

Salary Package :

• Base Salary: 2500 TND (Net)
• Performance Bonus: up to 1000 TND
• Total Compensation: up to 3500 TND

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Deliver professional and timely service

Requirements :

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Basic English skills are a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
