Job Description:

As part of the sales team, your primary mission is to call clients and close deals, securing new business for the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and closing new opportunities from the provided list of prospects.
• Achieving monthly sales targets with a high standard of quality.
• Ensuring a successful first sale and transitioning the account to the account manager
• Continuously learning and improving through training and coaching (both individual and group sessions).

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or French (other languages are a plus)
• Prior experience in sales or client meetings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Outstanding active listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems is an advantage.
