Rocket DMC Tunisia is part of Rocket DMC International, a global Destination Management Company providing hotels, transfers, excursions, and representation services across leading tourist destinations.

Within the same group, Falk Group (with its tour operators Falk Travel and Spica Travel) also operates under Rocket DMC International.

Job Purpose

As Commercial Manager, you will be the primary B2B contact for Falk Travel and Spica Travel in Tunisia, ensuring competitiveness, profitable growth, and long-term sustainability in the destination market. This position is based in Sousse and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor booking trends (Rate of Sales) and balance flight seat capacity with hotel allocations.
• Define and adjust pricing and markups to optimize sales volume and profitability.
• Develop competitive, high-quality products based on the Tunisian tourism market and competitors.
• Anticipate client needs, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Support Falk Travel and Spica Travel with budgets, forecasts, and commercial growth plans.
• Expand the Tunisian product portfolio with hotels, excursions, and destination services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in a DMC, tour operator, or travel agency.
• Strong ownership mindset, motivation, and results orientation.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Knowledge of Tunisia’s tourism industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
