T7D Gaming LLC recrute UI/UX Designer (JUNIOR)
T7D is a next-generation mobile gaming super app and integrated digital payments platform redefining how users across the MEA region play, connect, and transact. Through our flagship products — the T7D Gaming App and Dropzone.games — we deliver a unified ecosystem combining casual and competitive games, in-app currencies, cross-promotional voucher systems, and secure payment solutions.
We operate in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment where product decisions move quickly and timelines are compressed. We are building experiences for gamers — and we expect our designers to think, adapt, and execute at that same speed.
The Role:
We are hiring a Junior UI/UX Designer who understands the full UX methodology — but can operate effectively even when traditional processes are compressed or partially skipped.
You will work closely with Product, Development, and Design leadership to ship high-quality mobile-first experiences under tight deadlines.
This is not a “slow research lab” environment. It is execution-oriented, dynamic, and sometimes chaotic. You must be comfortable designing under pressure.
Core Responsibilities:
- Translate product ideas into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Design mobile-first, responsive interfaces in Figma
- Build scalable components and contribute to our design systems
- Prepare clean developer handoff files
- Create interactive prototypes
- Make intelligent UX decisions even when research phases are limited
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, structure, and UI exploration
- Collaborate effectively in fast production cycles (sometimes 2-week timelines)
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Internships, freelance work, academic projects, bootcamps, or certifications
Portfolio demonstrating real problem-solving (not just visual polish)
Design & Technical Skills:
- Strong command of Figma (mandatory)
- Auto layout
- Components & variants
- Design systems structure
- Interactive prototyping
- Developer handoff preparation
Solid understanding of:
- User research fundamentals

- Information architecture
- User flows & task flows
- Wireframing (low–mid fidelity)
- High-fidelity UI design
- Usability principles
- Accessibility awareness
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Responsive and mobile-first design approach
- Familiarity with component-based design systems
- Note: Adobe XD and Sketch are not relevant. Figma mastery is essential.
AI-Driven Design Expectations:
- Comfortable integrating AI into design workflows
- Ability to craft effective prompts for ideation and UX problem solving
- Use AI for layout generation, research summaries, structural exploration, or partial UI production
- Open to evolving toward AI-assisted workflows
Operational Reality at T7D:
Standard UX theory includes discovery, personas, journey maps, ideation, wireframes, testing, and iteration.
At T7D:
- Projects may be defined in one day
- Deadlines can be two weeks
- Research phases may be compressed or skipped
- Personas and testing may not always happen
- Direct move to high-fidelity UI is common
You must:
- Compress the UX process mentally
- Make experience-based UX decisions during UI creation
- Rely on pattern recognition and pragmatic thinking
- Remain productive even when work is changed or discarded
What We’re Looking For (Mindset & Soft Skills):
- Execution-oriented
- Highly adaptable
- Process-aware but not process-dependent
- Mentally resilient
- Fast under pressure
- Emotionally mature
- Strong stress tolerance
- Observant and self-directed
- Able to receive feedback without defensiveness
- Team player with strong communication
- Attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Motivated
- Gaming knowledge and familiarity with gaming culture are a strong plus.
