T7D Gaming LLC recrute Junior LiveOps Manager
ABOUT T7D GAMING & PULSE :
T7D Gaming is building the infrastructure layer for game live operations in MENA and beyond. Our flagship product is a proprietary AI-powered LiveOps engine — an enterprise SaaS platform that enables game studios and publishers to continuously manage, engage, and monetize their players after launch.
We’ve recently expanded into a B2B managed services model, where T7D’s own team operates our platform on behalf of client studios. Our first major clients are confidential projects in mobile gaming — and we’re scaling fast.
THE OPPORTUNITY :
We’re looking for a Junior LiveOps Manager to join our newly formed LiveOps team. This is a foundational hire — you’ll be the strategic and operational core of T7D’s B2B services offering. You’ll own client relationships, support LiveOps strategies, and work alongside a lean team of specialists to deliver measurable results for game publishers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Own end-to-end LiveOps strategy for all assigned confidential client projects and future clients
- Design and execute engagement calendars: daily missions, weekly events, seasonal campaigns, promotional cycles
- Manage client relationships directly — conduct regular performance reviews and present data-driven recommendations
- Lead and develop a team of LiveOps Analysts, Game Operations Specialists, and Data Analysts
- Master our proprietary LiveOps platform to build advanced automated workflows, configure segmentation rules, and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with T7D’s product and engineering teams to feed client requirements back into Pulse’s roadmap
- Monitor key metrics (DAU/MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, ARPDAU, event participation) and proactively course-correct
- Define SOPs, playbooks, and best practices that will scale the team’s operations as we onboard new clients
WHO YOU ARE :
- 3+ years in game operations, LiveOps, or game product management at a studio or publisher
- Hands-on experience with LiveOps tooling (PlayFab, GameSparks, Unity LiveOps, or similar platforms)
- Strong data literacy: comfortable with retention curves, cohort analysis, and making decisions from player analytics
- Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement loops, and game economy design
- Experience managing a team and working with external clients or stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex data into compelling narratives for clients
- Familiarity with the MENA gaming market is a strong advantage
- Arabic or French language skills are a plus
