Main Responsibilities

Responsible for inputting, updating, maintenance, and quality control of information

Write Memos during meetings

Email and follow up on key issues and subject

Respond to inquiries, correspondence, and requests for further work and information, both internally and externally

Undertake other clerical and administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements

Excellent English & Arabic

Experience in data input and retrieval and experience of working within an administrative role.

Demonstrates a methodical approach to work with the ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize the workload, ability to check, collate, and analyze

Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
