Description and Requirements

Social Media Content Labeler (m/f/d) with Arabic

Overview of tasks

Review and classify content according to set guidelines
Label and comment content according to social media brand’s policies
Train an AI, to detect policy violations automatically and forward them to our content moderation teams
Handle user queries and help resolve them accurately and on time
Contents involved can contain graphic images or offensive content

What we expect

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English are essential
• Willing to move to Germany as soon as possible
• Valid working permit for Germany / EU citizenship
• Affinity with online media and social networks
• Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
• Awareness for current cultural, political and social events
• Goal-oriented and meticulous work approach
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
